Honey of Kentoo at Haydene (Lilling Nicklaus x Lady of Mickle)
Honey was our first golden, she was half show and half working bred. She was the most gentle of dogs, but she had a mind of her own, we mated her and from the litter we kept our first showdog Bracken, Honey left us when she was 16 years old and left a big hole in our hearts.

Haydene Norwood Bracken Gill (Rachenco Skyon of Kenave x Honey of Kentoo at Haydene)
Bracken was our first showdog, when he won a minor puppy class at a club show we were hooked on showing. He was a one person dog and although he loved everybody he was my dog, when I went out he just sat by the window until I returned. Bracken never reached the top in the show world but he was my once in a lifetime dog. He left us when he was 15 years old, all these years later I still miss him dreadfully.

When Bracken was about 2 years old we decided to buy in a bitch puppy, we liked the Rossbourne lines and Jean and Raymond Burnett kindly let us have Sasha. Sasha is behind all our present Goldens. She was a lovely gentle girl, but not that easy to show, she liked to work and won her Gundog Working Certificate, she also won her Junior Warrant and many Championship show firsts.

Sammy and Tanya were two puppies we kept from Sasha's first litter, Tanya won BPIS at YGRC aged 6 months. Sammy went on to win his Junior Warrant at the aged of 8 months, he won 8 Championship show firsts on the trot, Tanya decided she prefered working to showing, Richard our son trained her to work, Sammy and Tanya are doing some training in the above picture.

Abby was a lovely dog, she won many firsts and BOB's and also a Res.CC. Abby never thought she was a dog, She prefered to be with us rather than the other dogs, she was a lovely dog to live with, her gentle and biddable temperament were a joy.

We lost Amber just before Christmas 2008 at the age of 14. Amber was fun dog, she loved everbody and everything, her tail never stopped wagging. She was never happier than when she was in the show ring. It was difficult to be sad when Amber was around. We miss her dreadfully, her happy and gentle temperament were a joy to live with.

Haydene Love in a Mist (Sh.Ch. Perrimay Hugo of Fenwood x Haydene Special Love JW)
Misty was a gentle dog, although she could be very vocal at times, she was only lightly show but she did win several best puppy awards, she is mother to our Zoe and Solo she tried without much success to keep them in order.

Haydene Carousel JW. (Paudell Easter Plantagenet of Kerrien x Rossbourne Secret Love of Haydene)
From Sasha's second and final littter we kept Cara, she gained her Junior Warrant but was not happy in the showring but she enjoyed working. She kept all our other dogs in order and they all respected her. We lost Cara at the age of 15. the house just does not seem the same without her, she was litter sister to Fred and Val who lived in the USA.

Haydene Spring Love ( Sh.Ch. Golams Governor x Haydene Love in a Mist) We lost Zoe in December 2014, she was 12 years old, she was the vocal one in the family and it is very strange not to hear her barking, we miss her happy and friendly temperament.
